The battery-powered HyperAdapt 1.0 will allow people to simply press a button to tighten and loosen their kicks. Users can charge the shoe with a magnetic adapter, and after three house they should have enough power to last up to two weeks. Rick Ross Shares How He Lost Weight To Save His Life

There's no doubt that Rick Ross is looking a lot
slimmer than he was when he first emerged on the
hip hop scene. Though the self-proclaimed 'biggest
boss' was popular for his heavy frame, it was his
back to back seizures in 2011 that forced him to
make some critical life choices.
In October 2011, Ross was hospitalized after
suffering two seizures within 6 hours. He was on a
flight to Memphis before the airline had to make an
emergency landing. At the time, Ross weighed a
whopping 350 lbs, was sleeping only 3 hours a
night, and had no problem scarfing down 24-oz.

"If I quit all the things I loved cold turkey, I knew it

eats the foods he loves, but only between noon and
5 pm and only 2-3 times out of the week. For the
rest of his meals, Ross and his personal chef
worked together to come up with healthy and tasty
recipes. "I'm happy. I'm still losing weight, and now
I'm starting to build hard muscle in places."
Ross' weight loss is also attributed to his workout
regimen. Four days out of the week, he goes for a
warm-up jog, and then sets up five exercise
stations with moves like deadlifts and pushups,
working through them for 30 minutes. He tells
Men's Health, "My advice for anyone looking to
lose weight is to not make it feel like a job."

JAMB withdraws 2016 admission list

Abuja - The Joint Admissions and Matriculation
Board (JAMB) said it has withdrawn the
list of recommended candidates for admission
earlier sent to the tertiary institutions.
In a statement issued in Abuja and signed by Head
of Media, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, he said the
withdrawal is to ensure the university senate
perform its statutory responsibility.
The statement reads ; "This is to ensure that the
University Senate perform its statutory responsibility
of conducting the selection of candidates and refer
it to JAMB for confirmation in line with the
admission criteria of merit, catchment and
educationally disadvantaged states as directed by
the Hon Minister of Education at the policy
committee meeting.
"The earlier list was sent to help fast track the
process of admission so as to allow other tiers of
institutions also conduct their admission.
"Candidates should not panic because this is part of
the process of the 2016 admission exercise. JAMB
regrets any inconvenience this decision would have
caused the tertiary institutions
"The Board regrets any inconvenience it's proactive
step would have caused the tertiary institutions".

I can say that this is slightly better than the MTN

essence, you can use 3GB for N100 in just one
night. When, this is ok, but no amount of capped
data can balance with the unlimited data plan,
Airtel please bring back our unlimited night plan
with the reasonable price.

Today is exactly one year since the former head
of state, retired General Muhammadu Buhari,

Nigeria. He got a large chunk of his votes from
the Nigerian masses, who strongly felt detached
and abandoned by the previous government of
the PDP.

Mos Def Arrested!!!

 
Yasiin Bey,  rapper and actor formerly known as Mos Def, was arrested in a South African airport on Thursday (Jan. 14) for producing an unrecognized “world passport” while attempting to leave the country, the Associated Press reports. Bey has 14 days to leave the country, which he entered in 2013 with an American passport.


According to a Department of Home Affairs spokesman, Bey overstayed his visitor’s permit and was arrested for violating local immigration laws.

Bey, 42, has been living in Cape Town since May of 2013 according to the Mail and Guardian, a South African newspaper.

He appeared in court on the 14th alongside family members who were also in the country without a valid permit. A court order to leave the country comes with a five year ban as well, though Bey can appeal to officials for leniency.

The news comes just a few months after Bey’s planned Black Star tour with Talib Kweli which covered four dates in Australia and New Zealand. If he was able to leave and enter another country then, then the passport’s supposed fraudulence can be marked up to a misunderstanding.

Musically speaking, Bey has appeared on two tracks in recent months, “Never Die” with Golden Rule and Freddie Gibbs and “Sensei on the Block” with producer Ski Beatz.

After his capture in a daring morning raid by elite Marine special forces, Mexico’s notorious drug kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was back behind bars Saturday in the same super secure lock-up he escaped from six months ago.
Mexican marines marched Guzman in dark blue athletic garb to a helicopter that then flew him to the Altiplano maximum security prison near Mexico City, hours after his arrest Friday in his home state of Sinaloa.
Fox News was told after the capture that the U.S. will request Guzman be extradited to the U.S. to face federal charges. Mexican leaders avoided talk about extradition, but even if they do decide to go forward and send him to the U.S., the process likely would not be fast.
The calls for his quick extradition grew even louder than when Guzman was captured. Guzman, head of the powerful, international Sinaloa Cartel faces multiple drug charges in five states, including New York and Illinois. But Mexico’s government insisted it could handle the man had already broken out of the Altiplano prison, saying he must pay his debt to Mexican society first.

FIFA Sacks Secretary General Jerome Valcke

The escalating series of scandals and sackings that has plagued World football governing body FIFA has continued and the latest casualty is Frechman Jerome Valcke.
 Jérôme Valcke, the suspended secretary general of FIFA and Sepp Blatter’s long-time associate, has been sacked with immediate effect.
The Frenchman, 55, is facing a nine-year ban after an ethics investigation considered several alleged offences, including being connected to the black-market sales of World Cup tickets but he denies the wrongdoing.
Fifa’s ethics committee has already recommended that Valcke should be banned from all footballing activities for nine years.

FIFA sacks Jerome Valcke

 A statement from FIFA reads: “The duties of the secretary general will continue to be assumed by the acting secretary general, Dr Markus Kattner.”

FIFA’s ethics committee said on January 7 that it had decided to open “formal adjudicatory proceedings” against Valcke after studying a report submitted by its investigatory chamber.
Valcke has also been accused of being a party to a potential $10m (£6.8m) bribe paid to Jack Warner, the former head of the North and Central America football governing body Concacaf, in return for his vote and backing to South Africa’s successful bid to host the 2010 World Cup.
He joined the organisation in 2003 as director of marketing and TV, but was dismissed in 2006 over a scandal involving its long-time sponsorship partner Mastercard.
Blatter and vice-president Michel Platini were both suspended for eight years in December following a Fifa ethics investigation.

Drake Claims He Was Possessed By A Gay Demon During The ‘Hotline Bling’ Music Video

 

 – After the release of he unexpected music video to Drake’s hit single ‘Hotline Bling’, the internet went crazy with memes and jokes. Drake was featured in the hotline bling video letting loose with his dance moves.

Many memes were made of the music video. Videos including Drake dancing to bachata, salsa, merengue, and even playing tennis. A very colorful and entertaining video of course, however, was it really Drake performing in the music video? According to Drake himself, He claims that he was possessed by a demon during the filming of the video, specifically a gay demon, and that it wasn’t really him dancing like that… it was the demon.
“I don’t remember ever dancing like that” Drake told reporters, “I don’t remember any of the filming at all. The last thing I remember before it was finished was me heading towards the studio in my car. I would never dance like that, I must have been possessed by a demon. And looking back at the video, It must have been a gay one” finished Drake.
A very odd claim by Drake, indeed. But could it be true? Just maybe. According to James Felty, who is a reverend and biblical scholar: “Demons can possess a human being if he is not spiritually protected by Christ, and these demons can have different natures, including suicidal, violent, and even homosexual. And after watching the Hotline Bling video, It is completely possible that Drake was possessed by a gay demon”.
Whether or not Drake was actually possessed during the filming of Hotline Bling, we still think the video was pretty nice after all. It was also pretty funny seeing Drake dance that way.
