Tying your shoes might go out of style
THE 1980s fantasy for futuristic footwear has arrived. As
Back to the Future II prophesied, Nike is
releasing a self-lacing shoe
Monday for select customers. The battery-powered HyperAdapt 1.0 will
allow people to simply press a button to tighten and loosen their
kicks. Users can charge the shoe with a magnetic adapter, and after
three house they should have enough power to last up to two weeks. While
only
a small group of Nike app users will have access to the shoes Monday, customers at Nike's Soho store in New York can now buy them.
