Microsoft Founder Bill Gates Reportedly Wins Powerball $1.5 Billion Jackpot

 

  After the Wednesday night’s Powerball number drawings, It has been reported that Bill Gates has won the $1.3 Billion ($868 Million after taxes) Powerball jackpot. Yes, you heard right. Bill Gates, already worth $79.2 Billion, can now add the $868 Million to his already large fortune.

Upon Claiming the Powerball jackpot, only an hour after the numbers were drawn, officials claimed they thought it was all a joke. After matching the winning numbers with Gates’ numbers, they realized it was no joke, Gates had indeed won. “Bill Gates has to be one of the luckiest men in the world” says Powerball spokesperson Tammy Arenas, “He is already one of the richest men in the world with Billions of dollars, and now he won the biggest Powerball jackpot in history, what a coincidence.” finished Tammy.
